1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services within The Bahamas. The Family Islands may be subject to availability and additional charges.

 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after processing.

  • Local Pickup: Available upon request at designated locations.

 

4. Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery within Nassau.

  • Additional charges vary for the Family Islands.

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s status.

  • If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at info@fetchandtag.com.

 

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will attempt a second delivery the next day.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take utmost care in packaging your order; however, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. The damaged product will be exchanged for a new one.
