6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will attempt a second delivery the next day.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging your order; however, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. The damaged product will be exchanged for a new one.
